How long will my order take to be delivered?
All of our orders are sent using Royal Mail First Class Post (except for large orders which will be sent via courier on a signed for service).
Usually First Class post will be delivered in 1 - 2 working days, however we cannot gurantee when your order will arrive. You will receive an email to let you know the date we sent your order. Please see below for details of items we do not carry in stock.
Can I have my order sent on a next day service?
We can offer you a next working day courier service for any orders being delivered within the Mainland UK. These will then be delivered on the next working day after we despatch the item. This is a signed for service and you will need to be in on that day to receive your item. Your order will be delivered anytime during the day up to 6pm and we are unable to offer you a time of day for the delivery. If you would like to know if your item is in stock for a next day delivery please see our "Is My Item In Stock" section below. If you would like to use this service please click here to add £5.99 to your basket and we will then send your order via a next day courier. For items in stock, the order will usually be despatched the next working day after you place your order. We will send you en email to confirm when the order was sent so you know which day to expect your delivery. Please note that if your order is under £30.00 you will still be charged £2.29 for standard delivery as well as the £5.99 for upgrading your delivery to a next day service.. (This is an additional service and therefore our free carriage offer does not apply)

Is my item in stock?
We carry a large range of kits in stock for imediate dispatch, but due to the very large range of products we offer on our website occassionally, we do have to order your item in from our suppliers first. Our website will tell you approximately how long the item will take to be sent to you.
If it says "Usually sent in 1 - 2 working days" than we have this item in stock and it can be sent straight away.
If it says "Usually sent in 7 days" (or more) than we will need to order this item in from our supplier.
We will wait for all of your items to come into stock before submitting your order unless there will be a lengthy delay withany of your items.
