Information to help you with our delivery methods. |
| How long will my order take to be delivered?
All of our orders are sent using Royal Mail First Class Post (except for large orders which will be sent via TNT on a signed for service).
Usually First Class post will be delivered in 1 - 2 working days, however we cannot gurantee when your order will arrive. You will receive an email to let you know the date we sent your order. Please see below for details of items we do not carry in stock.
Can I have my order sent on a next day service?
We can offer you a next working day courier service using TNT for any orders. These will then be delivered on the next working day after we despatch the item (please note that this is a signed for service and you will need to be in on that day to receive your item. Your order will be delivered anytime during the day up to 6pm and we are unable to offer you a time of day for the delivery). If you would like to use this service please click here to add £5.99 to your basket and we will then send your order via TNT. (This is an additional service and therefore our free carriage offer does not apply)

Is my item in stock?
We do carry a very large range of kits in stock for imediate dispatch, but due to the very large range of products we offer on our website occassionally we do have to order your item in from our suppliers first. Our website will tell you approximately how long the item will take to be sent to you.
If it says "Usually sent in 1 - 2 working days" than we have this item in stock and it can be sent straight away.
If it says "Usually sent in 14 days" (or more) than we will need to order this item in from our supplier.
We will wait for all of your items to come into stock before submitting your order unless there will be a lengthy delay withany of your items. |
